Mike is a digital photo artisan
specializing in
flowers. Using computer graphic techniques and his original
photographs, he creates unique digital giclée photoart that
emulates painting styles reminiscent of Georgia O'Keeffe. His
fine art giclées are printed in limited editions using museum
quality archival inks, paper and canvas and are in collections
across North America.
In 2010 Mike won “Grand Prize” in the
Puerto Vallarta Botanical Gardens Photography Contest and 3rd
prize in 2011. He won “1st Prize in Category” and “Best in
Class – Orchid Photography” at the Ottawa Orchid Society’s
2010 show and a second piece won “Honourable
Mention”.
