Rain has recently added wire filigree and repoussé to her portfolio.  Bending and soldering each wire into place, she can create original filigree designs inspired by age old techniques of cultures from around the world. Shaping metal embedded in pitch (a tar like material) with chasing tools and a hammer, she creates two dimensional items in repoussé.
